Today was a long one. I took a rest day bc Ive been sick and my body felt so run down. Im still so congested but as of this evening im feeling better. I plan to make up my WOD from today, tomorrow.
Was up with decent sleep. Why do I never want to get out of bed?! Kevin HELP!!
I had to run into town this pm so I was feeling kinda shitty about not doing my workout today so I decided to shop.....Victorias Secret and Francheskas....WOOOOOHOOO! Got some cute stuff but I gotta quit spending $!
Nutrition:
B- 3 eggs, 2 chicken sausage, asparagas, & walnuts
S- Almond Butter
L-Turkey, tomatoe, strawberries, grapes, 2 sq of 85%
S- Almonds
D- Shrimp & crab meat in EVOO, apricots, banana, AB
Focused more on drinking water today.....why is it so hard for me to wake up in the am??

Why as a woman do I feel like I deserve to shop?

OK.. the sleep issue.. how many hours are you averaging. Second, how long have you been following paleo? third, are you truly sleeping at night. Have you ever asked your hubby if you sleep soundly or are you restless when you sleep? What all is going on? there are several factors that may lead to the challenges in sleeping sound. I myself have some of those same issues. I have a VERY hard time moving before 9 AM but force myself to. The toher factor... I KNOW you go to bed late.
The hunger issues.. YES you should feel like you are only eating to sustain life. I force myself to eat most of the day.. In fact, the best thing is to NEVER feel hungry. If you get hungry then there is a timing issue in your food plan. You may need to adjust your snack again... Balance the snacks out with Protein Carbs Fat so you can have a more balanced meal. remember its not bad to feed your body.. You NEED to feed your body... gotta run.. Client
Ok, so issue #1: I am the type of person that needs 8-10 hours a night.I average 6-8.
Im pretty sure that once I fall asleep I sleep soundly. Problem is I need more of it.
Been following paleo for 2-3 months....b4 that it was a no carb diet....as in no bread, pasta, crackers, etc.
I have a cheat day here and there but most of my days im strict.
