So im behind again. We were skyping with coach last night and going over the snatch. Learned a ton, thanks coach! Blew yesterdays total II bc I did the OHSQ wrong. I will be redoing it. BUT we did a CFE too:
Workout: 8 rounds for time:
Run 400m, then do max pushups and max situps
My time was 25:50
I got in 500 reps total
This one SUCKED. Just when I thought the day before was tough, we do something like this! LOL

B-3 eggs/2tbs EVOO/1c melon
L-6oz chicken/ 1tbsp EVOO/ 1c onion and tomatoe/1sq 85%
S- 5sm apricots/ 1oznutmix/ 2smalll paleo pancakes
D- 6oz chicken/ 1casparagus/1c cooked apple
S- 4ozchicken/1/2c apples/ 12/c asparagus/ I sm avacado
