Rest day, my butt crack says thanks!

Today was so nice, church, grocery shopping, and Paw Paw over for dinner. Simple day, no stress. Yesterdays PM wod was too much fun, and the sit ups left me with my butt crack literally bleeding. Today has been fun trying to sit down and wear cloths….NOT!

I drank so much water today I think im floating.

Nutrition:

B- Paleo pancakes (2eggs, ground flaxseed, h20, protein powder, cinnamon& nutmeg) almonds
S- Almonds/apple
L- 2c asparagus/6oz chicken/1c strawberries/1/2c blueberries/9mac nuts
S- 2oz chicken/ 5 apricots/walnuts & 1tbs AB
D- Paleo spaghetti (spaghetti squash, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms) 4 oz lean ground beef/2 tbsp AB

1.5 gallons water

TIM AND I ARE SOOO EXCITED ABOUT GETTING OUT XFIT CERT IN JULY!!!!!


Im out, AM wod’s gonna come quick!

Wish I could do the Cert with you guys...but family first!! Adri's birthday is that weekend and I will be on a plane flying to see my sister...so the next one within driving distance is mine! Sux that I will be doing it alone, but hey...gotta do what we gotta do!!
