Ok, so the title says it all. I NEED SLEEP! I don't sleep when my husband is on duty, and now he is working nights at a second job...so there went that. So today was rough.
I cooked dinner, then fell asleep on the couch. Woke up and went to the gym at 7. Bad idea. My body does not want to work out past 5. I was tiered and just wasnt myself during our workout....UGH! I am such a perfectionist with this crap, so days like today really piss me off.
Nutrition:
B- 3 egg w/ EVOO, broc& tomato, walnuts
S- dried apricots
L-Strawberries w/ AB, Protein shake w/ water
S- Almonds, turkey breast
D- Chicken, Avocado, tomato, apple
S- 1 sq 85%, banana, AB
WOD:
3 rounds for time, perform each for 1 min & rest 1 min btw rounds.
KETTLEBELL SWINGS
BOX JUMPS
DOUBLE UNDERS
WALL BALL SHOTS (THRUSTERS W/ 25LB. PLATE)
PUSHUPS
R1: 130/ R2: 165/ R3: 110
Total- 405
First round was a flop. Aholes at the gym wouldn't get the H outa my way, so I didn't get to do the DU. Second round I did them, third round couldn't do them again....
NOTE TO SELF: DRINK MORE WATER!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Job! Snack 1- Add some more protien in. May help with recovery. As these wods get more impacted, you may find that you are getting more and more tired... May need to up fat blocks a tad as well. Workout looks good... what size box did you use and what weight did I RX? lol
OK.. also, start tracking sleep... I need you to rest as much as possible during hard weeks... the good news.. tomorrow is a rest day!

We are using a weight bench that is roughly 20" and we used a 25lb KB.
Yesterday was terrible. I didn't even feel like myself, it may be bc I have been sick...not sure.
Also, I feel like im forcing myself to eat. Im not hungry most of the time.....argh! I am hungry at dinner but not breakfast and lunch????
