ah VINO!

Felt good today. Sometimes I get way ahead of myself and I start to get angry. I have to stop and remember I JUST had a baby, and I’ve only been crossfitting for 3months! But im such an over achiever that I expect myself to be a pro like yesterday. Yah well whatever maybe someday?

WOD:

For time:

dips & pushups

Strength Work:

5x5 75% of 5rm Deadlift

Nutrition:

B- ½ Avacado/2 HBE/ 1c melon
S- 4oz chicken/1c marinara/1/2 avacado
L- 1c cherries/1c melon/9 almonds/2oz turkey/1 sq 85%
S- 2 tbs AB/ 1c melon/ 3oz chicken
D- salad w/ chicken/ glass of red wine/ ice cream

Yes! That’s right ICE CREAM!!!!!
