Today was a rest day, but Kev seems to forget about them! LOL its ok, your still THE BEST!
I enjoyed spending time with the family, for once Tim was home all day AND all night. However, no more cheating on food!
Nutrition:
B- Protein shake/1 tsp AB/small banana
S- 4oz turkey/small tomatoe/1c melon/1 tsp AB
L- 3oz turkey/1c blueberries & strawberries/ small tomatoe/ 9 almonds
S- 1 hard boiled egg/ 9 almonds/ 2c watermelon
D- 3eggs/5oz chicken/ 1c green pepper & tomaoe/ 1c paleo dessert (strawberries/blueberries/walnuts/honey/coconut oil/ground flaxseed/85%)
We leave tomorrow for Jacksonville! So excited to get a up close and personal look at what next year is going to be like. Bringing little miss Teagan along….baby girl is gonna grow up in a box…lol
I lay in bed at night and I think about the WOD from that day. What my strengths are, and my weaknesses….
In a sense the games are all bout chance because you have no idea what you will be doing…so, I better just get good at all of it!
