Writing all my thoughts is just wayyy to much fun! Its late and strange things are prone to come out of my mouth....or fingers in this case. First let me fill you in.
My name is Lauren Lester (formerly Brooks). I have two beautiful, needy, excitingly wonderful children; Grant 4 & Teagan 6m. My greatest gift is my salvation, my husband, and my children, in order of importance.
I have been crossfitting for aprox 2 months. I LOVE IT! I just cant get enough! I have so much to learn, and I cant wait. I am one week into my training for the 2011 crossfit games.

So today was tough. Ive been sick, and had WAY too much fun last weekend....woke up and was dragging. It's amazing bc the second a trainer tells you that you need to eat more, your not hungry!
I did so much laundry today my memory is froggy.....damn.
Today's workout was sweet. NOT, I wanted to barf......but my workouts usually make me want to barf. Sounds nuts, but if i don't get sick, i feel like i didn't push myself hard enough.
FOR TIME:
100 burpee broad jumps- 8:30 (first time doing these, they blow!!!)
100 Situps- 3:58
100 pushups- 2:42
