Celebrating the debut of my abs 3 &4!!!


Yes that’s right people, I’ve got 4 abbs now. HAHAHAH! In all of my years of “working out” and playing every sport imaginable, I’ve ever only had 2 visible abdominals….NOT NOW!!!! Cant wait to possibly meet #’s 5,6,7, &8!!!!!

I've also done many crazy things, but never did I ever think I would be rubbing neosporin on my butt crack.

This is about the time when the lady business makes me anemic and im dragging. Good news is it doesn’t last long. Today was tough, I think whatever cold I had was either a sinus infection, or I’ve developed allergies. Feeling crappy again. Slept like a rock last night, but was up too late. I cat napped this am. Going to bed early tonight….

WOD:

Snatch progression drills- felt good, im starting to feel my form improve.

“Deck Of Cards” (this WOD could be used to torture people that have done very bad things)

Coach I had to change a few things bc my bum crack is still one large scab, and no rings at the gym…so I I did:

Diamonds- burpees
Hearts- push ups
Spades- reverse sit ups
Clubs- Double Unders

*drinking a TON of water, but during the long workouts I have to pee sooooo bad!!!!!

Nutrition:

B- Cliff Bar
S- 2oz chicken/ 1c broccoli/ 1c raspberries & cherries/ 1 tbs AB
L- Paleo Egg salad (2 hbe, 1tbs EVOO & dill),/cliff bar (yes im out of control)
S- small banana/ 1 tbs AB/ 2 oz turkey
D- 1c paleo marinara/ 3oz ground beef/ 4oz chicken/ 5 mac nuts/ 5 almonds
S- blueberries/ cherries/almonds

I realize im out of control with the Cliff bars! THEY ARE SO GOOD! Haha no really they made me feel like crap during my workout today, it has to stop! They are the ultimate period craving fix though!
