Finding out a lot about myself.

Digging deep is tough. Usually before anyone will dig deep, they either have to want something really bad, or they have to overcome some sort of obstacle. The best part of crossfit is you only have yourself to beat, and you only have yourself to blame. I am discovering more and more about myself every day. Thank you to crossfit for that.

Workout: as many rounds a possible in 20 min

10 burpees
20 sit ups
30 pushups
90 air squats

I completed 4 rounds and was just shy of a 5th.
Coach don’t be mad at me, my knees have REALLY been bothering me. Really weak and sensitive….im thinking it’s just my body getting used to this type of intensity. But I opted out of the jumping lateral lunge…
I did an outward air squat because it took the pressure of my knees.

Proud of myself because I wooped my own a$# in my dining room! Haha yes. I went to the gym and completely forgot that childcare is over at 230 on the weekends. So my wonderful trainer switched up my WOD for me in a jiffy….lol

Nutrition:

B- protein shake (I know its not enough, but I wasn’t feelin so hot)
S- Turkey/walnuts/raisins/apricots
L- crab meat/turkey/AB/apple/2 sq of 85%
S- banana/AB/turkey
D- turkey/shrimp/apricots/walnuts/raisins

Im feelin the urge to eat bad…..probably bc that time of the month is on its way. Wish I could shake this upper respiratory crap…

Random thought: My WOD partner needs to get her toosh back in town….dont like doin workouts alone!
