Gotta love PMS...NOT


Did my workout and strength work in the am today. Energy level was LOW. Got to the gym and realized I didn’t eat breakfast. Yikes! Not a good idea….making breakfast for three people is really distracting! Got through my WOD and then on to the strength work….My food was all over the place today. THANKS TO PMS! Only cheated with Nutella.

Workout:

7 rounds for time: 6 back squats @ 185lbs & 8 standing broad jumps
Time was 8:14

Thought I did 135lbs…then I realized I really can’t count. Wasn’t too bad but I felt so wimpy today!

Strength work: 5x3

Clean and jerk: 45-50-55-60-65 (wasn’t heavy at all but I really wanted to work on technique)

Snatch: 30-45-50-55-60 (same)


Nutrition: Fasted until 1:30

L: 3oz chicken/2c honeydew/1c blueberries/3oznut mix
S: 2c melon/apple/2oz nut mix/1sq 85%
D: Protein shake (banana, water, protein)/1 small avocado/3oz turkey
S: 2 Tbs NUTELLA!!!!!!! W/ strawberries

Ok Kev, I know I skimped on the protein, But at least I didn’t order pizza and hit up DQ! Haha!
