Today was my rest day and im not gonna lie, I enjoyed it. It is more of a mental break for me, the days I train I keep my game face on all day until I do my workout. I have to, gets me prepped and ready, haha my poor family. Im sure mommy with her “game face” is not that much fun.
Went to the doctor today, having a few “things” done this week and next. Pretty excited ;)
Nutrition:
B- Paleo pancakes: eggs/Almond Butter/apple sauce/Cinnamon (3-3-3)
L- 6oz chicken breast/1c broccoli/.5 small avocado/1c mango/1 sq 85% (6-2-3
S- 3 macnuts/apple/3oz turkey (3-3-3)
D- 6 egg whites/2c strawberries/1c blueberries/9almonds (3-3-3)
I tried beach body bimbo’s recipe for paleo pancakes from last night. While incredibly tasty, I FELT LIKE I ATE A BRICK. Made me kinda sick, so I skipped my am snack and ate more for lunch. Ready to get back to the gym tomorrow!
