One day at a time

My days have been long, but filled with family time. Watching my two kids grow everyday makes me so proud, yet so sad because one day they will be all grown up. Trying to take life one day at a time.

Body is still adapting to the a$$ kickin’ that im givin it every day. My routine has been as follows: wake up early, breakfast for myself and the kids….Teagan’s nap, then off to the gym before lunch. Then, get home and make lunch, and naps for everyone (including me). I have been so run down by 2pm ish I can’t help but lay down and fall into a comatose sleep. Then im up in time to make dinner and do all the other things that my household requires. Point is…..my body is still struggling to get used to this, but im confident that it will!

Remember we are at a high performance level right now. Paleo is different than just zone. The fuels you are eating are much cleaner than your body is probably used to. IE> no grain, no dairy. This cuts out a huge chunk of food. I have upped your blocks to compensate for recovery since the WODS are more intense than you're used to right now!
