1x20 clean and jerk at 100lbs- piece-o-cake...then jumped rope for 5 min without stopping
Later I did Angie...nasty style
100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 air squats
I have found my calling and I couldn't be happier. I love coaching!! Nuff said.
