Im not even sure if im doing this right. I taped this after my 1x20....95lbs wasnt heavy but I was trying to focus on opening my hips and shrugging....the bar drifted away frommy body on the last pull. I will practice...and damn....do they make leg pads? I might use some football pants with pads next time. KIDDING!
