Coach is back to the 5x5 strength work...so I need to get my mind right.
Overhead squat felt light today at 100lbs. I could have gone heavier...
OHSQ: 65-70-85-95-100
Push press: 65-75-80-90-100
WOD was: AMRAP in 3 min, rest one min. 5 sets
3 Power Cleans @ 105
6 push ups
9 knees to elbows
I got in 2 rounds in each set for a total of 10 rounds
First few rounds were OK...but I knew I had to pace myself...so I set my goal to complete 2 rounds each set.
CFE was : 2x400m rest in between
Nutrition:
1: 3 eggs w onion and basil/1/2 banana/ 1 tbs AB
2: 4oz chicken/ I raw carrot stick/9 almonds
3: 3 oz deli turkey/2 oz cauliflower
4: 7 oz chicken/ 2c cauliflower/ 1 oz coconut & 1 tbs AB, 2 sq 85%
