OK so today is rest.
Went to the gym this am and Tim and I met Kel (a fellow fire fighter).
We took him through the xfit warm-up and then his first WOD. He did freakin awesome!
Kel Day 1:
5 rounds for time
5 DL @ 100lbs
400m run
20 KBS @35lbs
20 push-ups
10 burpees
He did it in 33 min!
Happy Birthday Kel! You kicked butt today!
Tonight my neighbor, Vanessa is coming over!
Im going to take her through the warm-up and a small WOD!
