8 Pull ups
8 sit ups
all lifts done w/ 50lb bar

Today's a rest day so not much happenin here....worked with Diana and Claire at the house this am then Kel at the gym....damn im gettin pretty popular! LOL
Food-
1- 2 eggs/banana/6 almonds
2- 2 oz turkey/ 4 walnuts
3- 1/2 larabar
4- 3 eggs w/ onion
5- 9 shrimp/ 9 walnuts
