back on track

Managed to stay away from all gluten this holiday. Amazing, I didn't feel bloated at all....

Strength-

1x20 back squat 150
1x20push press 85

WOD 1-

5 rounds for time:

100m 70lb farmer carry
7 back squat @ body weight- 135
10 chest to bar pulls
13 box jumps at 24"

time- 18:53


WOD 2-

21-15-9

right arm snatch 45lb
left arm snatch 45lb
handstand push ups

time- 17:54

Wow 45 rx'd HSPU was killer!!! Snatch wasn't bad at all...



Also, Ive put on some lbs....weired tho bc i have actually gone down a size. Went to buckle yesterday and I was trying on 26 & 27's?
Eh, whatever.
