Yesterday & Today

Yest was
5x5 squats..... I believe my last set was at 210

Then 5 rounds:

10 OHS @ 65
10 burpee pull ups

Time was 10:16


Today was

3x5 front squat
3x5 shoulder press

then

10 rounds for time

15 DL @ 95
15 Push ups

12:45

Tim was pissed bc I killed his time of 17 min something.....mwahaha!

Cook. Clean. Laundry. -Repeat

CrossFit or Seizure?




Yesterday was The Filthy Fifty...
What a WOD

By the time I hit the burpees I was like SERIOUSLY?!

Finished in 22min 20 sec...

Not even sure if that's a good time or not. The next best time at the gym was Brittany at 30 min something..I need to research and see how I did.

Its been a while since I blogged! Things have been crazy to say the least!

Training is still going well, I took a brake and now I'm back feeling strong and refreshed.

In laws are flying in tonight to stay for two weeks. This should be fun :)
Then we leave for Buffalo!

Couldn't really ask for much else right now.....Happy!

Down 15lbs- imagine that. Not worried though, It will comeback fast.
