zercher squats- bar
walking lunge
sit ups
DU

I believe my total was 482?

Then HSPU practice.....I did sets of 5with a 10 sec rest in between until i couldn't do 5 in a row anymore.....got to 35.

Alternating HSPU and MU practice every other day.

I REALLY hate when I miss the strength work...but oh well, that's my life!

Fitness challenge coming up!
