PR'd my Fran time @ 4:22...didn't hit my goal of under 4 min, but still a pr.
730- 6 egg whites/6 pecans
1230-chicken breast/spinach salad/coconut milk
4- chicken breast/6 asp/1tbsp AB
7- steak/spinach, 2 glasses of red/1/2 bar dark
We have diner tonight with friends and kids, I am staying paleo bc tomorrow Lissa and I are going to Pizza Fusion and partaking in a large gluten free pizza :)
