Fasted until 7. The morning was the worst part, as it got later I didn't even feel hungry anymore.
7- chicken/salsa/plantain chips
730- crab meat/coconut milk & Almond Butter
9- 2 glasses of red/almonds
The workout was brutal with no food in my system. Good thing their was no lifting in the WOD.
