Yesterday & Today

Yest was
5x5 squats..... I believe my last set was at 210

Then 5 rounds:

10 OHS @ 65
10 burpee pull ups

Time was 10:16


Today was

3x5 front squat
3x5 shoulder press

then

10 rounds for time

15 DL @ 95
15 Push ups

12:45

Tim was pissed bc I killed his time of 17 min something.....mwahaha!

Cook. Clean. Laundry. -Repeat
